Returns & Exchanges

At Vestique, we want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
